Flying in?

For short-distance travel, Long Island MacArthur Airport (ISLIP) is closer to the facility. But if you’re coming from farther away, we recommend flying into John F Kennedy (JFK), as they have more options for longer-distance travel. Check JFK flights on Expedia or visit the website for transportation and airport information.

What to bring

If you have a measurement kit, please bring that so you can use it for hands-on practice, if you don’t we will have a few with us for practice. If you purchased the exercise training manuals, bring those as well to write notes in. If you haven’t but would like to, you can purchase them here. Please also bring a notebook and pen if you’d like to take notes, and a water bottle. For clothing, we will be measuring each other and doing exercises, so please pack workout clothing and layers (especially layers you can shed while indoors, but that will shelter you from New York’s winter outside). Other than that, pack however you’d like!
